EUROWINGS SERVICE TO ZAGREB IN S2020

Eurowings (EW), German low-cost carrier and member of Lufthansa Group, has changed its service to Zagreb in 2020 summer season. Airlines has discontinued direct flights from Zagreb to Berlin Tegel and Dusseldorf, while it will continue services to Cologne, Hamburg and Stuttgart.

Flights to Cologne will operate 6 times a week. Each Tuesday and Sunday, incoming flight will depart Cologne at 09:40 and land in Zagreb at 11:15. The return flight will depart from Zagreb and land in Cologne at 13:30. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, service will depart Cologne at 18:50 and land in Zagreb at 20:25 from where it will depart at 21:00 landing in Cologne at 22:40. On Thursdays, incoming flight from Cologne (DEPT 20:50) will land at 22:25 and depart at 23:05 landing in Cologne the next day at 00:45. Cologne service will be operated by Airbus A319 aircraft. 


Flights from Hamburg will operate once a week, same as during S2019 when they were operated each Friday. In S2020, flights will depart Hamburg each Wednesday at 06:35 and land in Zagreb at 08:20 from where it will depart at 08:55 landing in Hamburg at 10:40. Service will be operated by Airbus A320 aircraft. 


Flights from Stuttgart will operate every day, except on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Incoming flight departing Stuttgart at 11:35 will land in Zagreb at 12:50. The return flight will depart Zagreb at 13:30 and land in Stuttgart at 14:50. Flights will be operated by Airbus A319 aircraft. 


Eurowings was brought to Lufthansa Group in 2006 and was further redeveloped as low-cost airline. Today it operates 149 aircraft with 20 Airbus A320neo aircraft on order. It has 9 operating bases in Germany, 2 in Austria and 1 in Prishtina, Kosovo. In Croatia, Eurowings operates flights to Zagreb, Osijek, Rijeka, Pula, Zadar, Split and Dubrovnik from various German airports.
