NORWEGIAN 2020: SPLIT FLIGHT SCHEDULE CHANGES
Norwegian Air Shuttle (DY), Norwegian budget airline and third largest low cost carrier in Europe after Ryanair and easyJet, will be returning to Split this summer with services from 9 airports, same as last year. While majority of the services will remain as frequent as in S2019, Stavanger flights will be increased from 1 to 2 weekly, Helsinki from 5 to 6 weekly, while Trondheim will be reduced from 4 to 3 weekly rotations.

Flights from Copenhagen to Split will be operated throughout the summer flights schedule staring on April 1st. During pre-season, service will be increased from two to three weekly rotations, running each Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. During high season, service will be operated daily.
Same as Copenhagen ones, Stockholm flights will be operated throughout the summer flights schedule. From end of March to mid-June, service will be upgraded from two weekly to five weekly rotations running every day except on Mondays and Tuesdays. During high season, between mid-June and mid-August, service will be operated daily, after which to three and to two weekly rotations.
Flights between Oslo and Split will be reintroduced on March 30th and will continuously be upgraded in terms of number of weekly rotations, until high season period when it will operate 9 weekly rotations running daily with two rotations on Wednesdays and Fridays. Service will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Bergen flights will be operated on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the same as during 2019 summer schedule. Services will be operated with Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
During summer 2019 flight schedule, Stavanger was connected with Split with one weekly rotation operating on Saturday, while during 2020 it will be upgraded to two weekly, running each Thursday and Saturday. Flights are available for purchase during the 9 week period, and will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Norwegian will be returning to Split with service from Trondheim, which will run three times a week, each Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Flights will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Service is reduced compared to last year when it operated on same days including an additional service on Sundays.
Gothenburg - Split route will be operated two times a week throughout the whole summer flight schedule i.e. over the period of 29 weeks, totalling in 58 rotations on the route. No changes were made compared to 2019 summer schedule.
Helsinki flights to Split will be operated throughout the 2020 summer schedule, from introduction on March 30th to the last day of operation scheduled for November 24th. During the peak of the season, Norwegian will operate six weekly flights to Finnish capital which represents the upgrade from last year five weekly rotations. Service will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
London Gatwick flights to Split will be operated each Wednesday and Saturday, the same as last year. Service is offered for the period between April 1st and November 24th, and will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
Norwegian Air Shuttle was established in 1993 and today it operates 148 Boeing aircraft from its 21 base to 149 destinations across Europe, Americas and Asia. It has ordered additional 92 Boeing 737MAX8, 5 Boeing 787-9 and 30 Airbus A321LR aircrafts. In Croatia, Norwegian operates flights to Dubrovnik, Split, Pula and Zagreb.
